Access to and use of the FundRadar service (hereinafter, "the Service"), available at https://fundradar.ai, implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Service. FundRadar is an intelligence tool for the discovery and prioritisation of grants and public funding. The Service includes, among other features: • Automated monitoring of EU and Spanish grant databases • Eligibility scoring based on company profile • Personalised alerts for new funding calls • AI-assisted proposal drafting tools • Funding opportunity management dashboard FundRadar is an intelligence tool, not a grant consultancy. We do not guarantee the award of funding.

To access the Service, users must register by providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for all activities carried out under their account. FundRadar reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms or that provide false information.

Users agree to use the Service in accordance with the law, morality, and public order, and in particular agree not to: • Use the Service for illegal or unauthorised purposes • Attempt to access unauthorised systems or data • Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Service content without authorisation • Introduce viruses or other harmful elements • Reverse engineer or decompile the Service software • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, algorithms, databases, design, and content, are owned by FundRadar or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

FundRadar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. It may also modify these Terms, notifying users with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the Service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

Users may cancel their account at any time by contacting support@fundradar.ai. FundRadar may terminate access to the Service in the event of a breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of [CITY], expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
